Official prize draw rules

Article 1 - Platform presentation

WinMyMillion is an official prize draw platform, approved by the Directorate of Games and Leisure. Each draw is carried out in accordance with current regulations and under the supervision of a court-appointed officer.

Article 2 - Entry conditions

Entry is open to any adult residing in the European Union. Each account may request tickets within the authorised limit. Requests are validated by our team within 48 working hours.

Article 3 - Official pricing grid

The reference price is €20 per ticket. Discounts are applied from 10 tickets (5%), 15 tickets (7%) and 20 tickets (10%). Discover our VIP packs: VIP 10 (€190), VIP Gold 15 (€279) and VIP Black 20 (€360).

Article 4 - Ticket issue and draw

Each validated ticket receives a unique and secure identifier. The draw is carried out randomly and certified by a court bailiff. Results are broadcast live on our website and the winner is contacted personally within 24 hours of the draw.

Article 5 - Security and compliance

WinMyMillion complies with legal requirements and holds all necessary authorisations for organising prize draws. The platform undertakes to comply with the security and transparency standards required by law.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase of your tickets. Any refund request must be made by email to participation@winmymillion.com.

Article 7 - Data protection

WinMyMillion complies with GDPR. Your personal data is secure and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Article 8 - Acceptance of the rules

Entry into the prize draw implies full acceptance of these rules. Any failure to comply with the above provisions may result in cancellation of the entry.
